Sal Cipres
Sal has been playing drums since he was 10 years old. Growing up
in Southern California, his musical training began in elementary
school and advanced while playing in the Anaheim Kingsmen drum
and bugle corps. His kit playing started at age 15 playing R&B
and progressive rock styles. His last major project was playing
and touring with Acustyka out of Austin Texas where he lived for
16 years. Sal has an extreme love of music and enjoys listening
and playing many generes including rock, jazz, latin, funk, and
rhythm & blues. His primary drumming influences come from Carl
Palmer (ELP), Neil Peart (Rush), and David Garibaldi (Tower Of
Power).
